Based on the reported data and the results of their owninvestigations the authors analyze the importance ofa ngioscopy in reconstructive surgery of vascular diseases of the lower limbs. Describe some cases of the clinical use of intraoperative angioscopy and give recommendations for use of angioscopy as an approac to the intraoperative control over quality of reconstructive operations on lower limb vessels.
