Yu.P. Tatzii, Yu.E. Voskanian, A.V. Vyrvyhvost

Possible reasons of hypertransaminasemla and homeostatic disturbances in patients with critical lower limb ischemia in early postoperative period during acute hepatic and cardiopulmonary insufficiency were analysed based on clinical and physiopathologic points of view. Twenty seven patients with severe grades of chronic arterial insufficiency according to Fontaine classification were examined. With the help of biochemical and histological methods hyperen-Tymemia and coagulopathic changes were shown to develop in first 3 postoperative days against relatively stable and/or normal nitrogen metabolism background.

KEY WORDS: critical lower limb ischemia.
