ROENTGENOENDOVASCULAR OCCLUSION OF CONGENITA ARTERIOVENOUS FISTULA OF THE NECK

We report here a successful outcome of X-ray endovascular occlusion of congenital indirect macrofistular arteriovenous fistula between the first segment of the left subclavian artery and vertebral venous plexus with a manifested shunt into the brachiocephalic vein. Described in detail herein are the diagnosis of the disease and technical peculiarities of performing transcatheter endovascular occlusion.
