A.B. Sannikkov, P.M. Nazarenko, B.S. Sukovatykh

The purpose of the study was to estimate pathogenic role of retrograde blood/low in deep veins of lower limbs in the development of decompensated forms of varicose disease. Ninety one patients with leg varicose veins in different stages of pathologic process underwent retrograde phlebography of femoral, popliteal and talocrural vessels. Authors conclude that results a/investigations elucidate the important pathogenic role of retrograde flow in deep veins of crus and foot in the genesis of trophic skin pathology in patients with varicose legs.
