RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY IN A DISSECTING ANEURYSM OF THE INFRARENAL ABDOMINAL AORTA

The authors report the results of successful surgical treatment of a rare pathology of the infrarenal abdominal aorta – its dissection with extension to the right iliac and femoral arteries and aneurysmal dilatation of the latter. Describe the technique of reconstructive operation: bifurcation aorto-iliac grafting on the left and aortofemoral grafting on the right coupled with implantation of the inferior mesenteric artery into the graft.
