URGENT REPAIR OF THORACOABDOMINAL AORTIC ANEURYSM IN CONNECTION WITH ITS RUPTURE

The report is concerned with a case of successful urgent surgical treatment of type IV thoracoabdominal aneurysm rupture. The authors describe an operative technique for thoracoabdominal aneurysm resection with reimplantation of the visceral branches and renal arteries in one site.
