Caecal volvulus after heart surgery with artificial circulation

Presented herein is a description of a rare complication, i.e. caecal volvulus, after heart surgery. This case report illustrates difficulty of diagnosis of abdominal organs complications after artificial circulation and necessity of active surgical policy.
